As a business and accounting firm, our ability to speak with decision-makers is often amplified. We aim to use this voice to promote policies that further the well-being of people and the environment.
🌱 Offset emissions
We prioritize methods of meeting that do not involve business travel. When we must travel, we offset our emissions by purchasing carbon offset credits.
🪵 Reduce impact
We prioritize using electronic means of transmitting information. When we must print, we do so double-sided and use only 100% post-consumer waste recycled paper.

Ancient Forest Alliance
The Ancient Forest Alliance (AFA) is a registered non-profit organization working to protect BC’s endangered old-growth forests and to ensure a sustainable, value-added, second-growth forest industry.
Blood of Life Collective
The Blood of Life (BoL) Collective is a group of Sinixt and settler activists collaborating to support Sinixt resurgence. Their mission is to promote positive relationships between Sinixt and settler communities in the Sinixt təmxʷulaʔxʷ (homeland), and facilitate the development of an informed and culturally aware society.
Endangered Ecosystems Alliance
The Endangered Ecosystems Alliance (EEA) is a charitable conservation organization working for the science-based protection of all native ecosystems. The EEA advocates for the protection of at least 50% of Canada in all terrestrial, freshwater and marine ecosystems by 2030.

Founder
Fletcher founded Arrowmaker in 2017 with the goal of bringing affordable and reliable accounting services to non-profits, artists, and small businesses in the West Kootenays. Since then, Fletcher has provided value to a wide variety of organizations across the non-profit, public, and educational spectrum.
Fletcher’s clients consistently say the same thing: they feel better after talking with him. His relaxed demeanor, caring attitude, and technical expertise make him an easy choice to become an arrow in your quiver of trusted advisors.

Partner
Thierry became a CPA in 2020 and has since gained experience working primarily with non-profit and public sector clients in Quebec and British Columbia. Thierry joined Arrowmaker as a partner in 2022 with the goal of continuing to offer Arrowmaker’s quality personalized accounting services throughout the West Kootenays.
Thierry enjoys bringing clarity to areas that others might see as chaos. To him, there is nothing more satisfying than diving into a messy accounting puzzle and organizing it into a clear picture.
